Laura Arrell

Laura Arrell, for the past decade, has worked as Managing Director of the Arrell Family Foundation. The AFF’s mission is to Improve Human and Planetary Health Through Food and is actively developing projects and partnerships around food sustainability and food security, including policy and advocacy work.

In 2025 Laura joined as General Partner in Nya Ventures, a venture capital fund investing in deep tech in food and agriculture. In her earlier career, Laura worked for 15 years at Raymond James, as Managing Director, US Institutional Equity Sales. She is also mother to three children, loves to cook and travel. Laura is excited to expand her horizons into the arts, through RCM.
