Tim Price

Timothy Price is currently Chairman of Brookfield Funds. He previously served as Chairman of the boards of directors of Brascan Financial Corporation (formerly Trilon Financial Corporation), The Edper Group Limited and Hees International Bancorp Inc. Tim as had over 55 years of management experience with the Brookfield Group of companies.

Tim is currently active on several boards: - Brookfield BPY, BBP Canada and BIP Holding Companies. Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, York University Development Corporation, The Shaw Festival, St. Michaels’s Hospital Foundation and the LiftEd Foundation He also serves as Chairman of the Board of the Royal Conservatory of Music.

In the community, Tim sits on the Dean’s Advisory Board of the Schulich School of Business at York University, and he has served on the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health Foundation Board and the York University Board of Governors. Tim was honored with a Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Victoria in 2001 and an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from the Schulich School of Business in 2009.
