Anamaria Madalina Lauric

Madalina started to study music at the age of 8 in her hometown in Romania. After one year, the teacher encouraged her to go to study in a well-known Art School in a bigger city. At the age of 17 she got a Diploma from the art school “Octav Bancila” and after that she went to university for 5 years.
From 1998-2003 she studied Music and she also got her Teacher training Certification at the University of Music and Arts “George Enescu”, Iasi, Romania. In 2003 she graduated and she got her Bachelor Degree in Music Education, Musicology and Music Pedagogy. During her years in university, she taught Music Theory, Music History and Piano at the Art school “Octav Bancila”, the same school that she attended when she was younger.
After she got her Bachelor Degree in Music, she took courses and she received a Certification in Steiner Pedagogy for teaching in Waldorf schools where Music and Arts have an important role in the children’s education. In 2008, she received her Kindermusik certification and she can teach Kindermusik classes and group lessons.
In 2010, she started to teach at the Contemporary Conservatory of Music and Arts. She is a certified Piano teacher at the Royal Conservatory of Music and all her students are on Honour roll list. She organizes and directs twice-yearly recitals offering students valuable performance experience.
