Rasa Vitkauskaite

Renowned soloist, chamber musician, pedagogue, and adjudicator Rasa Vitkauskaite teaches a large number of students as an Artist Teacher at Cambridge Piano Lessons (http://cambridgepiano.com), where she also offers lessons for Conservatory level pianists and college students. The long-serving, critically acclaimed pianist of the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra, Rasa is also a member of the Music Teachers National Association, the Massachusetts Music Teachers Association, and Pi Kappa Lambda National Music Honor Society. A frequent guest teacher, Rasa has recently given masterclasses, private lessons, and chamber music coachings at institutions and festivals around the globe such as Ohio University, University of Akron, National University of Rosario in Argentina, Carlos Gomes State Institute in Belém, Brazil, “Ciutat de Xàtiva” International Music Festival in Spain, Longy School of Music of Bard College, and New England Conservatory Preparatory School, just to name a few. In addition to her active performing and teaching career, Ms. Vitkauskaite is a highly sought-after adjudicator having most recently judged the Granite State, Steinway Society, University of Rhode Island, Westfield State University, and Massachusetts Music Teachers Association Bay State piano competitions and Musical Achievement Evaluations, among others.
