Richard Tam

I am an experienced music teacher, specializing in teaching music theory to children and young adults. As students learn about the fundamentals of music theory, they also gain a better understanding of the music they are already playing as part of their performance studies. Over the past ten years, I have prepared hundreds of students for theory exams ranging from Level 5 Theory to Level 8 Theory as well as Level 9, 10, and ARCT History. In my classes, students receive the support they need to reach their personal goals and achieve excellent grades.
